I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your involvement and efforts in our recent Terminal Services/Windows XP migration project. Enlisting the services of Trillium Consulting to assist in with the project was one of the best decisions we made. The exceptional quality of service provided by Trillium enabled The Frank Russell Company to successfully migrate more than 1,000 employees to our new computing environment.

Trillium’s contribution exceeded our initial requests, and enriched the quality of the entire process through the excellence of your personnel and your ideas for management, implementation, and communications. You and your team provided key resources in multiple areas, including: developing and maintaining effective project communications and management, business analysis, issue tracking and resolution, technical and end-user documentation, help desk support, deployment coordination, and user support - both pre and post migration.

Trillium team members offered excellent ideas for more effective communications within the Project Team and with end-users. You helped the Russell team think “out of the box,” providing broader views and perceptions. Your team was instrumental in identifying processes that added great value to the project. Trillium’s creative solutions, such as developing an innovative issue management process, proved critical to the success of the project.

In addition, Trillium staff worked with Russell’s Business Units to identify and provide appropriate training and support in their new computing environment. For example, the pre- and post-migration user support that Trillium’s “SWAT” provided was invaluable for maintaining Business Unit support of the project. Your team worked with each associate to ensure comfort with the new environment and address any problems or issues that arose.

Trillium was also invaluable in documenting our terminal services infrastructure design, configuration, and operations. The resulting documents were technical and detailed, yet clear and concise. In addition, the end-user and support documentation your team created was very thorough, reflecting an in-depth understanding of our computing environment. All of the documentation that Trillium developed will serve as on-going support for our entire company and will be beneficial in future computing projects.

In summation, Trillium Consulting demonstrated a true partnership relationship, taking the time to understand our environment and adapting to our specific needs. Trillium has a real pulse on us as a client. We knew that as the “unexpected” happened, Trillium would be there to help us achieve an excellent solution.
