Office “productivity” technology can only aid productivity if staff members are trained to use it effectively. Trillium believes that training should be geared toward building performance-based skills that are relevant in the business environment.

To meet this goal, we have developed corporate business application classes that are modular in nature and focus on targeted training designed to meet specific business goals. Our training services are ideal for organizations who are introducing new desktop applications, upgrading to new releases of existing applications, or training new employees and help desk staff.

Each of our classes is designed to lead the user through the features and benefits of each application. Instructors present the reasons for using a particular feature and examples of how it may be used in the business environment. Exercises and on-your-own skill reviews give participants the opportunity to apply the information with hands-on practice.

We offer classes on Microsoft Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, FrontPage, Visio, and Outlook. We also offer training on a variety of remote access tools, including Virtual Private Networking (VPN) and Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Classes for support staff include not only application functionality for “how to” calls, but also troubleshooting tips for the features presented during training classes. In addition, our team of account managers and training administrators is available to provide training management services for your organization. We can also create custom classes for your proprietary or non-Microsoft applications.
