Help Desk and Technical Support Services

Trillium Consulting can provide consultants to assist you with telephone and deskside support to supplement your Help Desk staff. Our experienced Help Desk specialists can provide on-site support, consulting, and one-on-one training to meet your end user support needs. In addition, we can develop customized knowledge-base articles and FAQs for Help Desk staff to use as a guide while answering questions.

Trillium Consulting also provides training classes designed to meet the needs of Help Desk and Customer Support staff. During these sessions, we focus on the types of questions most commonly asked, suggesting solutions to the questions and how to troubleshoot when problems arise.

In addition to Help Desk staff, we can also provide Technical Services Specialists. Our consultants include systems analysts, network administrators and application developers. These specialists can perform additional services, including hardware and software upgrades, desktop installations, application compatibility testing and lab management services. For support requiring more technical expertise, our technical support specialists can provide assistance on a project basis or in a supplemental role to support your production systems.

To support additional staffing requirements during a rollout, our consultants are available for assignments of up to one year.
