Consulting Positions

PC Specialist I: Entry level position with a working knowledge of Windows 9x clients and 2000/XP, Windows NT clients, as well as a familiarity with Novell and NT networks. Application skills required include Outlook and Office 97/2000/XP.

PC Specialist II: Knowledge of Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP client core technologies; working knowledge of NT and Novell networks, including administrative tools; and network/client integration. In-depth knowledge of Outlook and office applications required.

Technical Services Specialist I: Knowledge of Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP client core technologies, working knowledge of NT and Novell networks, including administrative tools, and network/client integration. In-depth knowledge of Outlook and office applications required. Some experience in software testing and client platform building for production workstations.

Technical Services Specialist II: In-depth knowledge of Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP client core technologies, in-depth knowledge of NT and Novell networks including administrative tools, and network/client integration. In-depth advanced knowledge of Outlook and office applications required, as well as additional application software and software distribution. Experienced in software testing and client platform design and implementation for production workstations at the enterprise level.

Technical Services Specialist III: Same as Technical Services Specialist II, but with at least 2 years experience in a medium to large corporate networking environment.

Application Development Specialist I: Skilled in the development of documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, and simple macros in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and best practices relating to the use of Microsoft Office products. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and integration of applications required.

Application Development Specialist II: Skilled in the development of custom integrated solutions for business needs using Access or advanced Outlook functionality. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and, integration of applications required. Also, experience with the implementation of enterprise-wide business solutions using Microsoft Office products.

Application Development Specialist III: Skilled in the development of custom integrated solutions for business needs using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access for customized application development and/or VB programming. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, integration of applications, and VB required. Also, at least 2 years experience with the implementation of enterprise-wide business solutions using Microsoft Office products.

Technical Writer/Curriculum Developer I: Responsible for editing and developing documentation and/or curriculum to support both IT and non-IT related projects. Skilled in both written communications and incorporation of enterprise business practices in documentation.

Technical Writer/Curriculum Developer II: Responsible for editing and developing documentation and/or curriculum to support both IT and non-IT related projects. Skilled in both written communications and incorporation of enterprise business practices in documentation, and in-depth knowledge of technologies used in the IT department. At least 2 years experience in corporate technical writing and/or curriculum development.

Senior Project Consultant: Responsible for general consulting services including, but not limited to, scheduling activities, working with business units, business analysis services, and other tasks as assigned by the client. At least 2 years experience in corporate IT consulting.

Project Manager/Program Manager: Responsible for providing project or program management services including, but not limited to, project planning; issues and risk management; resource planning and allocation; communications; management reporting; maintaining project plans and coordinating efforts between multiple projects. At least 3 years experience in IT project management.
