Trillium Consulting was founded in 1989 and has grown to become one of the largest independent, woman-owned IT consulting and training firms in the Pacific Northwest.

Trillium’s principals, Debbie Dingerson and Carla Page, determined early in their partnership that they would avoid a “one size fits all” method of working with clients. Instead, they wanted to complement their core skills in project management, software implementation, documentation, and training with a flexible, creative, and personalized approach to every engagement. Based on their own previous experience in corporate IT and training, they knew that one of the most valuable attributes a consulting firm can offer a client is the ability to conform its knowledge to the client’s need rather than vice versa. This approach has served Trillium well because it has served Trillium’s clients well.

Today, supported by a team of talented employees and carefully selected contract associates, Debbie and Carla ensure that Trillium continues to tailor its service offerings to the specific situation and needs of each client. Trillium’s customization capacity extends throughout the technology adoption process, from collaboration and planning on enterprise-wide system migrations to curriculum development and delivery for user training. Because Trillium is flexible, adaptive, and not burdened by high overhead, the firm is able to successfully accommodate IT projects of varying size, scope, and budget.
